Think and See BIG!

“It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see.”
― Henry David Thoreau
You have seen those pictures that many therapist use called The Rorschach Inkblot Test. psychologists use this test to examine a person’s personality characteristics and emotional functioning.
We all have the capability of looking at the glass half full, we all have the ability to find the positive in every situation, and we all have the ability to accomplish whatever it is we want in life!
Why is it some people who have come from nothing wind up being some of the wealthiest people in the world .. While others don”t?
Why are some people happy with just having a hut and running water, while others have everything they could ask for and it’s not good enough?
Happiness is all in how we view it, I can look in the mirror everyday and a beautiful women who loves herself, and loves the person she is inside ..
I can look in the mirror and see a fat, ugly, women who does not have one attribute she is proud to say she has ..
It is the exact same person, exact same mirror, but two completely different views!
I can see myself as a millionaire and focus on my goals, focus on being kind to my body, and love myself and those around me choosing to make the most out of every situation.
Or I can choose to focus on all the things I am not doing, I don’t have, etc .. But what kind of life is that to live?
See your inner beauty, your strengths, give gratitude, empower and love those around you and see how much your day, weeks, months, etc .. are so much more fulfilling!
