Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed bananas (the more ripe the better)
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut flour
- 1/2 cup smooth almond butter or sun butter
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup of raw cacao chocolate chip chunks (or regular chocolate chips work too) (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 12 count cupcake/muffin tin with muffin liners or grease the muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas and then add flours continue to mix.
- Last add the honey and nut butter and stir until completely mixed.
- Pour batter into muffin liners about 3/4 full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden on top. Remove from oven and allow to sit until completely cool.
