This recipe will be sure to WOW your guests!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Almond Flour
3/4 tsp salt (divided)
3/4 pepper
6 boneless pork loin chops
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 sweet potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/4 cup of raw honey
2 gala apples peeled and cut into 1/2 inch rings
1/2 cup of dry white wine
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray Olive Oil Pam onto a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper. Dredge Pork Chops in seasoned flour, coating evenly and shaking off excess.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until hot. Cook pork chops, turning once for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer to baking dish.
Layer half the sweet potatoes over pork chops. Top with 1/8 cup of honey. Layer half the apples over the sweet potatoes. Top with 1/8 cup of honey. Layer with the rest of the sweet potatoes, and apples. Pour wine over mixture and sprinkle with the remaining salt and pepper.
Cover and bake in the oven for 1 1/4 hours or until slightly pink inside the pork. Uncover and bake for 10 -15 minutes more or until apples are browned.
