These are the perfect treat for a small snack or an after dinner delight. You can store them in the freezer too so they stay fresh.
Ingredients:
1 cup of almond flour
2 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder
1 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of coconut creamer
1/4 cup of dark cacao chocolate chips
1/8 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of pitted dates
1/4 cup of almond butter
*optional coconut flakes to top
Directions:
In a food processer combine all ingredients and pulse on medium for 2 minutes. Remove from the base and roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place on a piece of parchment paper and stick them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Top with coconut flakes for added delciousness…
