Here is a great snack that gives you that satisfying chocolate feel, and takes less than 5 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
3 cups Dark Cacao Chocolate Chips
3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup of raw chopped nuts
1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut
Directions:
Place the chocolate chips in a large bowl.
Combine the coconut milk and coconut oil in a small pan, and bring to a boil, whisking occasionally to ensure the coconut oil melts fully, and the milk warms evenly.
Pour the hot coconut milk/oil mixture over the chips, and let sit for 2 minutes. Whisk until totally smooth.
Line a mini muffin pan with liners, and grease. Fill each liner to the top.
Sprinkle nuts and coconut on top of muffin.
Freeze (1 hour) or refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
*You can store Fudge in the freezer or fridge if they last long enough to store!
