As I was watching the Today Show, they were featuring the top 5 googled topics for 2014. Then the continued the story with the top 5 most googled men and top 5 women.
So it got me thinking … what are the top 5 fitness trends that are trending right now?
It makes sense that so many people are constantly searching for the latest and greatest fitness trends especially as we approach our New Year’s Resolutions. It matters less what the program is and more that it’s something you’ll stick with. So what will stick in 2015?
