Tuesday I posted the “Deal of the Day” on my Facebook and twitter feed and it featured cantaloupe for $1.49 each.
I thought it would be very appropriate to give you a delicious cantaloupe recipe to go with your purchase!
Ingredients:
1 can full fat coconut milk cold
1/2 frozen banana cut into 2 inch pieces
1/2 cup of diced cantaloupe
1 1/2 TBSP of honey
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
ice
Directions:
In a blender combine ice, coconut milk, banana, cantaloupe, whey protein, and top with honey and blend.
Enjoy!
