crab avocado salad

Here is a great recipe that will please mother’s this Sunday on their day! It is a great treat and perfect for brunch. It is also very simple to make which is an added bonus.

Orange Crab and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup of crab

2 avocados chopped

1/2 cup of tomatoes diced

1/4 cup red bell pepper

1/4 cup of yellow bell pepper

1 green onion chopped

1/4 cup of cilantro

1 orange freshly squeezed

2 tsp lime

1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

In a large bowl gently combine crab, avocado, tomato, peppers, cilantro, and green onion and toss. Next top with the orange juice, lime, and pepper and toss until completely mixed throughout.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.

Eat with cucumber chips and or top on sweet potato rounds.
