If the average person watches 34 hours of television a week, and is on the internet for 7 hours and 38 minutes a day.

I am sure you can find a commercial segment or close down the computer for at least ten minutes for your health right?

The best part is you don’t even have to leave your home. Which means one less excuse to cross off the list.

Here are the top five workouts that will get that heart rate up and fit in your “busy” lifestyle perfectly!

#1 Tabata

You can use this interval with pushups, burpees, squats, situps, mountain climbers etc…

It is high intensity interval training and really gets the heart rate going so you are burning fat and feeling great.

#2 As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 Minutes:

5 pushups

10 situps

15 squats

You repeat this over and over for 10 minutes and count your reps for your score.

# 3 In 10 minutes complete the following:

Max plank hold every time you drop 10 burpees and then go back into the plank hold.

#4 5 stations 1 minute at each station

1. dips

2. situps

3 jumping jacks

4. burpees

5. lunges

* repeat the cycle two times through

# 5 50-40-30-20-10

Complete the reps and perform:

Double unders (or 2x for single jump rope so 100,80, 60, 40, 20)

Situps
