Pushups are so beneficial for so many reasons.
They help stretch and lengthen you out, they are great to get your heart rate up, they help protect your body from injury, and they help improve posture. There are so many wonderful variations of the pushups that work different areas of the arms, abs, glutes, and legs.
It makes your workouts constantly varied and as you get stronger or develop different goals you can change your pushup movement accordingly.
