I love “The I am Woman Hear Me Roar” type of blogs….
As women we have so much to be proud of! Especially in this day and age we are loving mothers, powerful leaders, strong business women, and looking good while doing it all!
We have so much to be proud of as women, and yet we still tend to focus on the negative about ourselves and our situations.
We recently started a nutrition challenge at CPMFITness. One of the requirements of the challenge was you had to take before and after pictures of yourself. 90% of the women whose picture I took, made some sort of negative comment about themselves.
For What?
They may not be content with where they were at, but they had so much to be thankful for and they were wanting to get so much better which was so powerful!
I have a lot of my clients write down the top 10 things they love about themselves and email me them each day. When I instruct them to do this you would think I was asking them to find a cure for cancer. I almost always here the same reaction out of their mouths..
“How am I going to come up with 10 things”?
It is so crazy to me, because I can come up with 10 things I love about them in no time, but when asked to put it on ourselves we are dumbfounded.
