We all have things that are going to get us down, but it is how we choose to look at those situations that make or break our spirit!
You can let them keep you down or you can choose to get over it and focus on the wonderfully positive events that are currently happening in your life!
Now you can print this list and keep it near to you, and when you are feeling blue take a look at it and turn that frown upside down :]
